I am a Japanese artist living in UK,  I believe that Coffee will make people relax and show their real personality.  Not like restaurant where people who are going to be not show real personality. (Talk bit like posh people or fake smiles…etc)
So that's why I chose coffee shop where I will be able to real world and able to draw real person in there, and I can see a real human drama.
That how my art works and I am happy to keep drawing.
